Well, after much research, I found a Janome sewing machine on Craigstlist. I couldn't beleive how much some sewing machines cost. They cost more than my car! So, I am starting out small and will see if I truely enjoy sewing again. If so then will probably upgrade at some point. The capablilities of sewing machines are truely awesome now.

Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving. We will be spending it with my Mom. And enjoy the four day week end!

One of my favorite places

My dad was a journalist for several Washington State papers. They included Yakima Herald, Our Times, Tacoma News Tribune, and the Seattle Times. He is dearly missed. I wish my children could have got to know him. I see Dad in some of their writngs.
